1、工作原理

电动机通过三角带驱动破碎机转子，转子带动锤头做高速圆周运动，当物料进入破碎腔后，受到高速旋转的锤头打击而破碎。而大块物料则堆放在机内特设的中部担条上，经锤头多次打击，破碎成粒度大于要求的物料后落入下部，随新物料沿锤头切线方向打向反击板再次破碎，从而使粗、中、细碎一步到位，符合要求的物料经筛板均整合格后卸出。

1.OperatingPrinciple

Theelectricmotordrivesrotorofthecrusherthroughveebelt,makingthehammerrotateinhighspeed.Thematerialsarecrushedinthecrusherbyrotatedhammer.Bulkmaterialsarecrushedintoparticleslargerthanrequirement,andthenfallintothebottomofthecrusher.Thecrushedmaterialwillbethrowntotheimpactplatewiththenewmaterialalongthetangentialdirectionofthehammer,thenrealizeprimary,secondaryandfinecrushingmaterialinonetime.Finally,thematerialsmeetrequirementwillbedischargedfromthebottomofthecrusher.
