潜孔锤技术特点

（1）施工速度快。一根15～20m的桩，一般成桩时间40～60分钟，一天可完成12～15根左右。

（2）工艺简单。潜孔锤钻具在空压机、钻机电机带动下，在钻具旋转过程中，同时潜孔锤钻头振动下沉破岩，钻进时对桩周地层产生一定的挤密效应，同时岩渣被空压携至孔口，工艺相对简单，钻进操作方便。

（3）引孔效果好。采用风动潜孔锤钻进，可控制钻入速度，挤密作用使得引孔孔型较规整；同时，根据预应力管桩设计桩型，选择相应的潜孔锤钻具，引孔直径满足管桩施工，为预应力管桩施工创造条件。

（4）引孔设备相对简单。引孔机械设备主要为引孔机、空压机和大直径钱孔锤，引孔机采用液压自行系统，不需要另配吊车移位。
